Where can I buy Well Worth Products?

Many of our products are available on our website. To find out if a company in your area sells Well Worth Products, call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-890-7935.

When will my order ship?

We usually ship all orders received by 12 noon ET the same day we receive them. Orders received after 12 noon will usually ship the next business day. In some instances an order will require additional processing and may not ship until the next business day. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will attempt to contact you at the email address you have provided.

Most orders ship by FedEx Ground. Large orders may ship by a freight carrier, depending on weight and dimension.

Can I change my order?

To make a change to an order that you have placed through our on-line system, please call us at 1-800-890-7935

What is your return policy?

In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be new and the packing unopened. Item(s) must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-890-7935 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. ET or email info@wellworthproducts.com to request an RMA.

Is there a discount for buying in bulk?

Bulk discounts are typically offered when a customer buys at least 20 cases of one product. To find out if your order qualifies for a bulk discount, call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-890-7935. Bulk discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or sale, including free shipping.
