In order to be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be new and the packing unopened. Item(s) must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us during normal business hours to request an RMA.
Repack item(s) in the original container, if possible. Use the return label and ship via insured regular mail or regular ground FedEx or UPS. Do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, FedEx, UPS second day, or overnight delivery. You are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item.
